Year 6 Independent Learning Project exhibition

Year 6 have been working hard planning, designing and presenting their Independent Learning Projects.

The Year 6 girls chose to delve into a wide range of topics, from ‘The History of Fast Food’, ‘Work Horses and Wild Horses’, ‘An Introduction to Chess’, ‘The History of Sri Lanka’, ‘Egyptian Jewellery’. Other projects explored water pollution and climate change, the London Underground and K-pop entertainment industries, amongst others.

Weeks of hard work has culminated in this celebratory exhibition and presentation, giving the Year 6 girls the opportunity to show off and share their learning with their peers and parents. Topics were incredibly varied, as you can see in the gallery, and reflected the many different interests of our wonderful Year 6 girls.  

A big thank you to all those who contributed to the exhibition and facilitated the work that has gone on. In the pupils’ words:
